About David Austin Smith

David has a passion for designing church facilities and seeing them to successful completion. Although he has worked on office buildings, shopping centers, senior housing and custom homes, since 1970 he has focused his full efforts on church design, working on hundreds of churches. David has also had the privilege to travel throughout the world assisting missionaries on selected building projects in areas such as Cuba, South America, Mexico and Africa.
