Q: Do you need a Return Material Authorization Number assigned before returning units to Kurz for repair?

A: Yes. This allows us to input your order into our system and aids in tracking the progress of the repair. It is important to have this number on the OUTSIDE of the box when sending it to Kurz. It is also important to be sure that units are clean of any harmful substance that may occur from your application.

Q: Does Kurz accept credit cards?

A: Yes. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. Repairs under $300.00 (U.S. Dollars) must be a credit card transaction.

Q: Does Kurz offer Field Service?

A: Yes. A Factory technician may be scheduled to visit your site. Please contact our Service Department for pricing and scheduling.
